Frydai: The AI Marketing Operator That Replaces Nine Hires
Key Results
The Client
Frydai is a business of 187n, an AI systems studio in Amsterdam and Dubai. It was built as a collaboration between 187n and Deep Loom, with Deep Loom leading completion of the build.
The problem
Running an e-commerce store properly takes a team: media buyer, creative strategist, UGC creators, designer, video editor, landing-page developer, store manager, support, product lister. Nine roles. A solo owner can't staff that, so the work doesn't get done, or the owner does it at night.
Every tool on the market hands back another dashboard. More logins, more manual steps between the strategy and the ad going live. What the owner needs is an operator, not one more thing to operate.
The solution
Every customer gets their own private AI operator in an isolated container, reachable from a personal Telegram bot or a web chat. You delegate in plain language and it does the work: competitor research, ad copy in your brand voice, static and video creative, Meta campaign launches, landing pages, abandoned-cart recovery, listing optimisation, review responses.
Anything that spends money is gated. The operator builds the campaign, then waits for an explicit approval before a euro goes out.
- 40+ slash commands, one per job
- One isolated container per customer, own data, own keys
- Telegram as the primary surface, web chat as the second
- Setup in about five minutes after purchase
The Result
One operator does the work of nine hires. Research, creative, landing pages, ad launches and store operations, from a single chat, around the clock. The owner stops doing the work at night and gets their time back.
