As volume grew to the highest film drop-offs they'd ever seen, the owner was stuck doing everything manually: rebuilding customer history by hand across Google Forms and Sheets, manually estimating who their best customers were, dealing with a buggy date field that sometimes saved submissions with no date at all, and having no clear way to see total rolls per customer over time, just "last order" and "number of visits". We turned their existing Google Form → Google Sheets → Gmail automation into a lean loyalty and analytics engine:

• Fixed core data issues by replacing unreliable date fields and improving email copy
• Added automated lifetime volume tracking with running totals for customer roll counts
• Created automated email flows for loyalty milestones and customer retention
• Built owner-operated system allowing direct campaign edits without developer dependency

What used to be hours each week of manual checking, tallying, and guessing is now handled automatically. 300+ hours/year of manual tracking, spreadsheet updates, and contextual email follow-ups effectively removed. The lab can instantly see how many times someone has dropped off and how many rolls they've dropped in their lifetime. The system is already supporting record-high weeks of film volume, and the client is now positioned to launch volume-based rewards without changing tools and layer in new milestones (e.g., 50th / 100th drop) as growth continues. A previously manual, error-prone process is now a reliable loyalty and revenue engine built on tools they already know.
